When I got up the courage to speak
when every rain drop weighed a thousand pounds
when all my fear dissolved into nothing

when my anger was all that I had
when paper was all that I had

when all I could think about was anime
when all I can think about is you
when I’ll be a million miles from anyone who speaks my language
when I’ll be sad that everyone speaks my language
when I only had that street light for comfort

when I’m a nerd
when I’ll look back
when I evaluate myself
